About the role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Construction Cost Estimator/Project Co-Ordinator to join our team at WCP PTY LTD in Port Melbourne, VIC. This is a part-time role that will see you play a crucial part in delivering successful construction projects for our clients. This role has the potential to become full-time.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects by reading bill of quantities.

Assist in reading shop drawings to compare to client requirements and supplying site measurements.

Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors.

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions.

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.

Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, CAD or other Cost Estimate Software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Fluent in speaking and reading English and Mandarin.
