JC Steele & Sons Australia is the industry leader in stiff extrusion equipment, delivering high-quality machinery and unmatched customer support across Australia and New Zealand. We’re currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to lead our small warehouse team in Bayswater, VIC.

What You'll Be Doing

Hands-on picking, packing, and dispatching of parts and equipment

Receiving and storing inbound goods with accuracy

Setting the standard for a small warehouse team

Coordinating freight bookings, transport, and lifting services

Maintaining accurate stock records and warehouse layout

Performing equipment and vehicle checks (forklifts, tools, company cars)

Supporting basic assembly tasks and assisting in the workshop as needed

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Current forklift licence and full driver’s licence

5+ years warehousing experience, with 2+ years in a lead or coordinator role

Hands-on attitude with the ability to lead from the front

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and inventory systems

Experience with overhead cranes (advantageous)

Solid understanding of WHS practices and warehouse safety
