OneToAnother is a family owned and operated business in Melbourne, specialising in exceptional seniors living communities.

We pride ourselves on having a close knit, supportive team culture where providing the best support to seniors and each other is paramount.

We are currently seeking Sleepover / Food Service Coordinators for our Independent Living Retirement Villages in Brighton Vic.

The successful candidate will be committed, reliable and honest.

In this role, you will provide onsite assistance to the residents and working as part of the hospitality service. Service Coordinator shifts times will vary in times including weekend shifts..

With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will enjoy working with seniors, along with the ability to attend emergency call-outs from residents with a professional and positive approach to ensure that all residents' needs are met in accordance with our standards.

Key responsibilities:

Professional delivery of meals and beverages to residents

Maintain cleaning standards of common areas

Providing general onsite support and assistance to residents

Desirable Skills

Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a similar industry sector

Experience in hospitality/food service

Experience in house-keeping/nannying

Barista Training

Essential Skills (we are prepared to train the successful candidate)

Responsible Serving of Alcohol

Food Safety

Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate

CPR Certificate

Current police check

Understanding of OH&S requirements

Positive attitude and team culture
