This is an exciting supervisory position in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, suitable for hospitality pro's who take pleasure in delivering fine service (and fine coffee and wine!) to a constant flow of cinema-goers and cafe regulars.

Alongside normal day-to-day Cafe and Cinema duties, our Front of House supervisors:

Run Cafe shifts, supervising staff and monitoring that safe and correct practices are carried out at all times

Communicate effectively with the F&B Team as well as Cinema Managers to ensure smooth operations across the complex

Open and close the Café and Box Office

Train staff and monitor progress and performance

Maintain cleaning and maintenance procedures and materials·

Oversee stock management and ordering

Confident barista skills, a high level of attention to detail and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.

We are a 7-day-and-night-a-week business, so shifts vary across days/nights/weekends and public holidays, but for candidates looking for regular hours, we can offer a lifestyle-friendly rotating roster that includes 2 out of 4 weekends off each month.

Hours available are between 25 - 35hrs per week.
