Supervisor (2 x Positions available) – Smoked & Loaded, Cleveland, QLD

Smoked & Loaded is amongst Cleveland’s best restaurants, known for Authentic American style BBQ food ranging from Brisket Burgers to delicious Ribs & Wings – all made with quality, local produce and house-made sauces. Our work environment is fast paced and a lot of fun, and we achieve quality food through simplicity, attention to detail, and fresh ingredients.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to help lead our team through service and day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you’ll support the management team and play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the team through lunch and dinner service

Food prep as per the receipes inline to weekly schedule and service to maintain consistency and quality

Supporting and mentoring junior staff in both kitchen and customer service roles

Managing opening and/or closing procedures

Monitoring stock levels, stock taking for the order placement, and ensuring effective stock rotation

Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety standards

Collaborating with the leadership team to deliver an efficient, friendly, and clean work environment

Performing daily operational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast food or QSR supervisory role in hospitality or food

A can-do attitude & nimble

Passion for quality food and great service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to delegate, support others, and lead by example

Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards

Desirable (but not essential):

Certificate in Hospitality, Kitchen Operations or Commercial Cookery

Approved Manager Certification

RSA (or willingness to obtain)

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
