About the role

An exciting opportunity exists within the BGL Corporate Solutions Sales Team for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about driving sustainable growth and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing

Working towards achieving sales targets, client acquisition and ensuring uptake of BGL products and services.

Growing a strong understanding of all BGL products and services, including the external industry environment, to conduct onsite product demonstrations and webinars to clients and prospects. This includes attending industry-based events when required.

Sales pipeline creation and opportunity tracking in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Market segmentation and campaign development using CRM tools.

Working cross-functionally with Account Management, Product and Marketing teams.

What we're looking for

Experience and proven ability to meet sales targets and drive product uptake.

Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, and competitive targeting.

Experience in conducting product demonstrations and webinars.

A client-centric mindset focused on delivering a complete and seamless experience and understanding client needs.

Proficiency in CRM documentation and client interaction management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development through attending events and gaining a thorough understanding of the external environment and industry trends.
