As the Service Coordinator, you’ll help keep scopes of work running smoothly by liaising with Electricians out in the field and keeping clients in the loop. It’s a mix of problem-solving and coordination without having to be on the tools or on-site every day.

Responsibilities Include..

Playing a key role in keeping clients and contractors informed with clear and timely progress updates.

Allocating and scheduling jobs & equipment to ensure smooth and timely delivery of works.

Developing work procedures and documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans as required.

Preparing small estimates for service works and related projects as needed.

Selecting personnel to carry out inspection, testing, and commissioning tasks as outlined in the Inspection and Test Plan.

Maintaining WHS and quality standards, ensuring safety responsibilities are met.

Key Requirements..

Australian Electrical License or 3 years local trade experience.

Valid Australian Working Rights

We're looking for... someone who's confident communicating with clients and trades out in the field, keeps things organised without the fuss, and takes ownership to keep jobs moving day-to-day. You've likely come off the tools or are ready to and this is your chance to stay connected to the trade, and work with a team that backs each other to get things done right.

The salary on offer ranges between $95K - $110k plus Superannuation subject to experience and qualifications.
