Service Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership
- Deliver annual booking targets for your assigned territory.
- Build, maintain, and grow a robust customer pipeline, targeting both new and existing accounts.
- Drive the promotion and sales of spare parts, critical spares, air end replacements, and rebuilds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to secure 80% of available coattail business opportunities.
- Stay sharp by participating in all provided training sessions and taking charge of your professional development.
- Customer Focus
- Provide exceptional, professional service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Implement systems that improve customer service and elevate best practices.
- Ensure prompt, respectful, and confidential handling of all customer inquiries.
- Administration & Reporting
- Keep CRM records current, accurate, and well-organized.
- Support senior managers with reports, statistical data, and executive correspondence.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance aligned with company policies.
- Technical Expertise
- Identify customer service needs and grow aftermarket sales.
- Support the technical sales team on aftermarket projects and customer problem-solving.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer care and aftermarket support.
- Continuous Improvement & EH&S
- Ensure compliance with EH&S standards to create a safe, high-performing workplace.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and meet accreditation standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years of sales experience in mining, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Prior service sales experience with a compressed air supplier (desirable but not essential).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.Solid track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Knowledge of SAP (advantageous).). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
