Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Commercial Site Manager with experience delivering education projects for a project north of the river.

About the role

As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of commercial construction projects up to $30m. This full-time position will see you managing all onsite operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven track record as a Site Manager or Supervisor in the commercial/education industry, preferably within the Perth/WA market

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant digital tools

Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management is advantageous

Experience working in live operating environments including schools is advantageous
