We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to take on commercial construction projects in Victoria. We are looking for a Site Manager who is keen to work regionally as well as in Melbourne. Initially this role will begin in Traralgon. All Accomodation, agreed expenses and allowances included. This is also available to a contract Site Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role will be managing the day to day operations to meet safety protocols, coordinate teams and trades and ensure a quality project is delivered on time and within budget. We are seeking a proactive individual who is solution focused and adaptable. This role demands leadership, a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail to ensure we meet our business and client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

Day to day management of onsite activities

Lead and manage sub-contractors and site teams

Coordinate and ensure all works comply to safety, environmental and quality standards

Maintain and update project programs

Maintain construction documentation

Collaborate and ensure a high level of communication with Project manager, Contract administrator and relevant stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman/Site Manager in commercial construction

Strong knowledge of construction methodology and OHS regulations

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

Familiarity with Construction Management Platforms, preferably Procore

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Strong ability to manage project programs and trades effectively
