They have been specialising in a range of solutions for Building Structure Repairs and Infrastructure Asset Management specifically Remedial Building / Concrete Repair, Cladding Replacement, Facade, Waterproofing, and Blast & Paint / Protective Coating works.

The Role
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience in Refurb and Remedial Building works to join their Albury team. You will have 4+ years experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Manager in Refurb and Remedial Building works (Essential).

Reporting directly into an experienced Project Manager, this Site Supervisor would be a hands on Supervisor with experience in all aspects of Refurb and Remedial Building works.

What are we looking for?

• Trade Qualification as either a - Carpenter - Essential
• 4 + years experience as a Site Supervisor running Refurb and Remedial Building projects - Essential
• Clear National Police Check - Essential
• Experience working on defence projects would be beneficial however not essential
• Defence clearance desired however not essential
• Supervisor experienced in scheduling daily work
• Ability to identify issues and problem solve
• Ability to guide and direct subbies
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Construction Manager
• White Card
• Ability to lead and give direction and advise
• Supervisor with a strong safety mindset
• Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks
• Full Australian Working rights

• Great salary: Depending on your level of experience and if you have Defence Works experience salary ranges between $130k - $150k (Depending on experience) + Superannuation + Car Allowance + Phone + Laptop
