The Role

As a Senior Owners Corporation Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, mentoring junior staff, and playing a key leadership role in the growth and development of our OC division.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use Tier 1 and 2 Owners Corporations

Lead and conduct AGMs, committee meetings, and site inspections

Maintain compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006

Build and maintain strong relationships with committees and stakeholders

Supervise and support a small team of assistant managers and administrative staff

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Owners Corporation management

Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Strata Community Association (SCA) accreditation or willingness to obtain

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (preferred but not essential)
