An exciting opportunity to enter the property industry as an Owners Corporation Manager.

Being an Owners Corporation Manager is a dynamic and varied role which involves looking after the needs of your own portfolio of properties. For the properties in your portfolio, you would be responsible for dealing with people over the phone and email as well as managing the buildings maintenance and financials. If you're an all rounder, who enjoys variety this position could be for you!

Your day to day would involve;

- Developing a working understanding of Owners Corporation Legislation

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance at your properties

- Running Annual General Meetings for your properties, where you will present in front of groups of owners

- Serving as the liaison between the company and owners by addressing their needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships

- Preparing budgets for your properties

- Visiting your properties annually to inspect and review the common area

- Other Owners Corporation functions

The role would suit someone with excellent time management and communication skills. The successful applicants will exhibit diplomacy, patience and understanding when dealing with people and be able to prioritise and problem solve effectively.

Training and support are provided taking on your own portfolio if you do not have experience in the industry, with opportunity for salary growth once your knowledge of the role is established.

A current driver’s licence is mandatory.

Time in lieu is given for any afterhours meetings.
