They are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Owners Corporation Manager to join their longstanding team. The successful candidate with the proven high level of experience and knowledge in Commercial Owners Corporation will be remunerated extremely generously!

Portfolio of approximately 55 Owners Corporations with under 1000 lots

Must be proficient in conducting meetings, visiting sites, preparation and conduction of AGMs, completing agendas, understanding financials

Must be able to comprehensively devise budgets, minutes, liaise with committees and respective chairperson.

Software used is StrataSphere

Knowledge of Maintenance Co-ordination is also required as part of this role
