Senior Owners Corporation Manager
120K + Super | 3-4 Days WFH

This rare opportunity, due to growth exists for an experienced owners corporation / strata manager to take on a high density portfolio of residential towers.

JOB DUTIES:
- You will manage a portfolio of ~1,100 lots, circa 13 x high density OC's, this is a role for an experienced owners corporation manager.
- Manage your own portfolio with admin and accounts support, using modern strata software
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with admin, letters, breach notices, insurance requests etc for the portfolio/properties as required (with support)
- Coordination of meetings / AGM's etc

You will have admin support and training/re-training provided including a handover with the existing strata manager, so you will have a clean start.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends with flexible start/finish times and 3-4 days WFH (of your own choosing) from day one.

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Starting salary circa $120,000 + Super + Bonus

- 3-4 days work from home (ideally 3, but they will negotiate 4 for the right candidate)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry & act
- Ideally with their own similar high density portfolio for 5+ years consecutively, and current experience (with current OC act)
- Great communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
