Due to the acquisition of a portfolio and growth, this boutique firm in Brunswick area are wanting to grow their team and are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager.

Servicing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use Owners Corporations community buildings throughout Melbourne's thriving inner northern and western suburbs, you will be apart of a friendly, close knit team with a hands on Director willing to provide support in addition of dedicated Admin & Accounts support.

The portfolio will consist of approx. ~1500 lots across 20 properties.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Time in lieu for after hours meetings.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with complaints, escalated issues from the owners corporations
- Manage a portfolio of approx 20 OC's, med-high density, 1,500 lots, with support from a dedicated accounts and admin team member and support from the Director
- Ensure the portfolio is up to date with meetings, maintenance, accounts and other aspects of daily strata management

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Up to $120,000 (dependent on experience) + Super + Time in Lieu for After Hours Meetings

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 2+ Years of OC Management experience
- Experience managing a high density portfolio (desired but not required)
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Good communication skills and admin skills and/or customer service, operations or complaints background
