The Opportunity
Are you a detail-driven client service professional with experience in financial advice? This is your chance to join a premium, advice-led wealth firm where client experience is everything. Based in Sydney's CBD, this role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the advice journey.
The Role
Working alongside advisers, partners, and other client service professionals, the Client Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive timely, thorough, and high-quality service. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Coordinating advice implementation by working closely with advisers to manage the preparation, progression and delivery of advice documents, ensuring everything is accurate and delivered on time
- Owning the client review process, including preparing pre- and post-meeting materials, managing follow-ups, and helping ensure each review runs efficiently and professionally
- Managing client communication as a key point of contact, handling queries, updates and progress reports with clarity and care
- Supporting onboarding and discovery by assisting with suitability assessments, coordinating tasks and ensuring a seamless transition for new clients
- Maintaining CRM systems and client records, including accurate data entry, updates and consistent use of platforms like Xplan
- Handling calendar and meeting management, including booking appointments, managing adviser diaries and preparing supporting documentation
- Contributing to continuous improvement by suggesting workflow enhancements, supporting operational efficiency and engaging in ongoing professional development
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and client-obsessed. Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in a financial planning support or client services role, 3-5 years experience.
- Familiarity with financial advice systems (Xplan preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and solid time management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative attitude and a desire to grow in the role and with the team
Desirable but not essential:
- Paraplanning experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications/accreditations
