The Business

This Sydney based team is a mid-sized privately owned and operated financial services business. Client centric with trust at the core of their value system they are passionate about tailoring solutions to the individual client. Growing steadily, the range of advice provided is extensive and there is now a need for a talented Client Services Associate to join the team.

The Role

• Provide seamless client service support to advisers, handling queries, appointments, and documentation
• Manage operational, reporting, and administrative functions, ensuring data integrity across the financial planning system and the CRM
• Liaise with clients and external institutions to accurately record and maintain client information on Data Collect forms
• Prepare and submit new account documentation and application forms, including AML requirements
• Assist advisers in preparing presentation slides and other materials for client meetings.
• Communicate with clients and professional advisers to provide updates and manage expectations
• Produce high-level documentation and conduct research to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle general office housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with IPS team and external service providers (e.g., UBS, Macquarie, and Hub24) to ensure data integrity across systems

The Candidate

We would love to see applications from enthusiastic and professional individuals who:

• Have at least 2-4 years of administration, or client service experience within a wealth management / financial planning firm
• Confident, engaging and warm personality – genuinely enjoys working with clients
• Happy to produce reporting on client portfolios
• Are highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Impeccable communication skills – in all forums
• Are committed to a client service position over the longer term
