Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of client advice and execution of financial strategies

Prepare documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Manage client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination

Build strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers

About You:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a financial planning firm

Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

A client-first mindset with a genuine focus on service quality
