The Opportunity

The Client Services Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and advisors, ensuring the seamless implementation and management of clients' financial affairs. Responsibilities include managing client documentation and processes to ensure the provision of compliant financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Coordinate with financial advisors to implement and manage clients' financial strategies.

Oversee the preparation and management of client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate client records and manage administrative tasks related to client accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency.SEEK

About You

Previous experience in a client services role within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
