Are you a motivated and organised individual seeking flexible casual work that fits perfectly around school hours? We're looking for a reliable Administration and Sales Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in our daily operations, including customer invoicing, general sales support, and stock control.

About the Role:

As our Administration and Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative support while also contributing to our sales processes and ensuring efficient stock management. This varied role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive administrative support, including invoicing, data entry, and managing correspondence through email.

Handling customer invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.

Assisting with general sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Supporting stock control processes, including monitoring levels and potentially assisting with inventory management.

Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.

Assisting with the preparation of sales materials and presentations.

Maintaining customer records and ensuring data integrity.

Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Potentially assisting with social media updates and basic marketing tasks.

Maintaining a clean and organised office environment.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience with Xero is preferred but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks.

An interest in or aptitude for general sales support and stock management.

Work-Life Balance:

We understand the demands of family life and are pleased to offer flexible casual/Part time hours, with a minimum of 15 hours per week with the potential for more hours during our peak periods. We are happy to discuss specific scheduling needs to accommodate school drop-off and pick-up times.
