The Role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Sales & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Classic Blinds & Shutters. This is a varied role with flexibility around hours – ideal for someone looking to balance work with study, parenting, or other commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing showroom sales support and customer service
Assisting the sales team with quoting, scheduling, and follow-ups
Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintaining accurate records and helping streamline admin tasks

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
A great communicator with strong admin and customer service skills
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
Confident using basic office systems (email, outlook, CRM, quotation systems– we’ll train you!)
Proactive, friendly, and willing to learn
Interested in interiors and design, and confident to collaborate with architects, designers, and builders.
Previous experience in administration, retail, or sales support is helpful but not essential – we value attitude and willingness to learn above all.
