We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our sales and broader business teams. This is a key role that ensures smooth internal processes and delivers excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. The role would be Hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.

Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Welcome and assist customers and visitors at the local office.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Territory Manager, Sales Team, and Business Units.
  • Perform reception duties and assist with coordinating weekly sales meetings.
  • Manage and maintain OneNote and Microsoft Teams for meeting documentation and communication.
  • Support the GSM team nationally with Microsoft 365 platforms, including Dynamics, OneNote, and Teams.
  • Maintain CRM databases (SAP/Dynamics), dashboards, and perform regular data cleanses.
  • Assist the sales team with lead qualification and pipeline management to support business objectives.
  • Support marketing initiatives by researching target contacts and customer data using LinkedIn and internal databases.
  • Coordinate logistics for demos, display equipment, and event-related freight.
  • Assist in managing the customer service mailbox and account creation processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel bookings, visa applications, and expense claims when required.

Other Activities may include:

  • Coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning, security, pest control, and waste management.
  • Manage office inventory, including stationery, PPE, and IT equipment.
  • Process invoices and create purchase orders using SAP/OnBase.
  • Support workplace health and safety, including fire warden duties and compliance with OHS/ISO standards.
  • Liaise with the EH&S Lead to address risks and communicate safety updates to staff.
  • Manage customer portal documentation including insurance certificates, ISO standards, and training compliance.
  • Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding of local staff.
  • Support mobile phone and fleet management as required.
  • Handle inbound/outbound shipments according to internal procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, including Ethics and Business Conduct standard

Your Profile

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our Territory Manager and Sales Team. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage sales administration tasks, maintain CRM databases (SAP/Dynamics), support internal meetings, coordinate logistics for events, and assist with customer and account management activities. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating smooth operations across Microsoft 365 platforms and ensuring a professional experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platform skills, excellent time management, and a high level of attention to detail. You’ll be a strong communicator, customer-focused, organised, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Customer-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration
  • Experience with SAP and SharePoint
  • Sales or tech industry background
