About the role

As the Snap Fitness Dubbo Administration and Sales Assistant Club Manager, you will be responsible for running our creche and providing support to the Club Manager in administration and sales.

You must:

Have a passion for customer service and sales management. Driving sales through the community and corporate outreach is essential.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven administration skills

Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills

Have a professional and positive approach to work. You must maintain high standards of gym cleanliness, maintenance & OH&S

Enjoy working with children and have a friendly and nurturing attitude

Must have a drive to meet sales targets and KPI's

Have a passion and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a gym is highly advantageous but not required

Previous experience working with children

Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
