LEASING MANAGER | LOCATED IN MELBOURNE’S INNER CBD |

We’re on the lookout for a Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up of a premium property development in Melbourne’s inner CBD. This initially is a 6-month contract role with view to permanent ongoing and with a strong earning potential and flexible arrangements, perfect for someone polished, driven, and ready to make an impact in Melbourne’s luxury rental market.

THE ROLE:

• Convert qualified leads into signed leases, this is a sales-focused role with strong commission incentives
• Build meaningful connections with prospective residents and present tailored lifestyle solutions
• Conduct private and group inspections with confidence and professionalism
• Manage the full leasing experience from first inquiry to move-in
• Liaise with relocation agents, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide pricing and strategy
• Deliver regular performance reporting and insights

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (required)
• 2+ years’ experience in Leasing, BDM, Project Sales, or similar (highly desirable)
• Polished, articulate, and confident communicator
• Experience with new builds, luxury apartments, or Build-to-Rent projects is ideal
• Proficient with CRM systems and leasing software
• Target-driven, professional, and passionate about exceptional service
