EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER | LOCATED IN MELBOURNE OUTER NORTH WEST

This incredible agency (surrounded by beautiful cafes & lovely walking tracks!) are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their family like team environment. Work under the guidance of an outstanding head of department that will support and provide you with all the tools to success.

THE ROLE:

• Manage 140 Properties (clean & well maintained portfolio)
• Conduct inspections and complete condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
• Handle lease renewals & rent reviews
• Advertise properties and screen prospective tenants

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in property management in either a junior or assistant ready to step up.
• Agents Representative Certificate is essential
• Current police check
• Ideally prior experience within the real estate industry
• Valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills, time management and attention to detail
