Modo Property are looking for an organised individual to join their growing property management team based in Surrey Hills. It's an ideal position for candidates wanting to get their start in property management OR for those with some residential experience wanting to move into the commercial sector.
The successful candidate must be very comfortable with technology and utilizing Excel. Strong english skills are essential to interpret commercial lease agreements.

What we need from you!
Ability to work weekdays 9am - 5pm
Capacity to complete weekly task lists and correctly follow procedures
Problem solving capabilities.
The ability to organise and prioritise workload
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
A current Victorian Driver's License and a clean, reliable vehicle
Your own laptop or desktop computer plus a smart phone
