An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to join a supportive and down-to-earth team based in Perth.

This is a flexible position suited to full-time or part-time applicants (school hours mums welcome!).

You’ll be working alongside three experienced PMs who manage end-to-end portfolios and are constantly on the move. Depending on your experience, you will either manage a small portfolio or provide all-round support to the Property Management team—offering an excellent chance to learn all facets of the role.

The Position

• Assisting up to 3 x Property Managers with end to end property management
• Assisting with phone calls for the Property Managers
• Collecting and managing keys
• Document preparation inc lease agreements, renewals, etc
• Support PMS with property maintenance

The Criteria

• Real Estate Registration in progress or completed
• Brilliant organization and time management skills
• An assertive personality
• Corporate presentation
• Articulate phone manner
• Previous admin experience within the industry desired
