The role:
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to start their career in leasing or continue to grow. Working in collaboration with the BDM and Property Managers, this is an opportunity for a savvy people-person looking for a fast paced, busy role with a great company. Some of the key components of the role include:-

• Manage and respond to enquiries from prospective Tenants via Inspect Real Estate
• Maintain the prospective Tenant database, including data entry
• Perform Tenancy checks, qualify Tenants for properties and process Tenant applications
• Arrange viewings with qualified prospective Tenants
• Issue the appropriate documentation to tenants where required in accordance of the QLD legislation
• Conduct Open Homes and private inspections with prospective Tenants, providing solutions, advice and alternatives where you can
• Deliver feedback and advice to Owners after inspections, making recommendations where necessary
• Work to minimise the number of days a Property is vacant

To be considered for the role you will have:

• Strong residential Leasing and or Property Management experience
• Experience using Inspect Realestate and ideally PropertyMe software
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
