We're seeking a motivated In-House Mortgage Broker to join our team and contribute to our continued success, working from our conveniently located office in the Sydney CBD.

About the Role:

As an In-House Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for:

Providing expert mortgage advice and guidance to our valued clients.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Analysing client financial situations and identifying suitable mortgage products.

Preparing and submitting loan applications to lenders, managing the process from start to finish.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, lender policies, and regulatory changes.

Collaborating with our team to achieve business goals and provide excellent customer service.

Generating new business through referrals and networking.

Maintaining accurate and compliant records.

What We're Looking For:

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent) is essential.

Minimum 2 Year mortgage broking experience as a licenced broker is essential.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive and results-oriented approach.

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with mortgage software and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).

A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a team environment.
