On a day to day basis, the Scheduling Officer will join the Fulfillment team, to coordinate, organise and schedule upcoming job installations and oversee the full administrative remit this process requires.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Management of calendar – including booking installations & maintenance
- Ordering of stock for installations
- Adding installation details to government website for rebates and creation of job packs
- Liaising with customers, installers and sales representatives in relation to each install
- Providing installers with their next day bookings and information relating to the installations
- Lodging applications to the relevant Energy Provider to obtain approval for solar connection
- Relaying relevant information for installations to Grid Application and Compliance officer
- Relaying notice of completed installation to Customer Service Team to submit the solar meter change with the relevant retailer
- Following up installers to complete installation paperwork
- Sending all relevant installation paperwork to the customer including warranty information
To be considered for this position, you should have the following expertise:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administration role.
- Problem solving, decision making, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment but have the ability to self lead
- Outstanding written & verbal skills – able to document & present information in a clear & concise way
- Results driven with an ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent writing and numeracy skills
Full training and induction is provided, so there is no need to have Solar Energy industry experience. We welcome applications from candidates who have solid experience in scheduling and administration gained from any industry.
On offer is a base salary of $65k + super, plus entry into an exciting modern business experiencing some rapid growth.
