Service and Scheduling Coordinator

Gallant Plumbing is seeking a Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing scheduling and administrative team. Role Summary:

Providing a first class standard of customer service to all clients and stakeholders

Manage all enquiries via phone and email

Coordinating our team of technicians

Scheduling using industry best practice software systems

Selection Focus

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Ability to hit the ground running

Accurate data entry
