The Role

As the Transport Company Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet and ensuring seamless delivery services. This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused professional with solid experience in transport and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

Organise the purchase, maintenance, and servicing of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel supplies.

Liaise with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice on vehicle types, rental or purchase rates, and customer obligations.

Manage customer bookings, receive orders, and plan efficient transportation schedules.

Ensure goods are stored and transported under conditions that maintain their quality and integrity.

Coordinate the timely collection and delivery of vehicles and goods to meet operational goals.

Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational statements and performance reports.

Ensure all operations comply with current occupational health and safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

1–2 years of proven experience in transport or fleet management.

Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, logistics operations, and compliance standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with fleet management tools and software.

A qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable.
