About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for the daily operations of our Brisbane transport fleet, overseeing:

Fleet utilization, driver performance, safety & compliance

Managing high-profile client accounts and quoting freight solutions

Leading and developing a high-performing transport and logistics team

Sourcing subcontractors, allocating loads, and monitoring cost efficiencies

Driving performance improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction

Coordinating with our external workshop partners ensuring all maintenance is on schedule as required.

What You Bring

Proven background in transport/logistics operations

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and grow a team

A knack for juggling priorities and solving problems on the go

Confidence in managing accounts, quoting jobs, and building relationships

Familiarity with road transport law and safety regulations

Understanding of managing company drivers and subcontract fleet

A can-do attitude and the drive to go above and beyond
