The Role

Our client is seeking a talented lawyer with solid litigation experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in litigation to join their Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of clients, industries, and national organisations, allowing you to work within a market leading team made of talented, collaborative practitioners. The team represents clients in disputes across a wide range of sectors including property, construction, mining and resources, banking and finance, insurance, agriculture and food, technology, media, private enterprise, hospitality, sport etc.

In this role, you will receive quality mentoring to assist your career development and work directly with a Partner.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer role will have:

• 3+ years' PAE and experience in a well-regarded firm
• A pragmatic, proactive and solutions-focused outlook
• A desire to work on challenging and fulfilling matters and build relationships with clients
• A commercial focus, confidence, ability to think outside the box and strategize on matters
