The Role

Our client is searching for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Sydney team.

You will be working alongside 2 Partners in Sydney and other senior practitioners on a broad range of commercial disputes that will be high value, multi-party and high value. This role will see you playing an important role on matters including strategising as well as gaining exposure working with multinational clients to proactively deal with a range of issues concerning corporate reputation and risk management. You will work on large scale, complex commercial litigation, arbitrations and regulatory investigations involving issues such as fraud, breach of consumer law, shareholder oppression, breach of IP, corruption just to name a few

Clients include corporates from a number of different industries including mining, energy, transport, media, education, financial services and technology.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Dispute Resolution & Litigation role will have:

• 3+ years PAE in litigation from a reputable team/firm
• Ability to draft advices and court documents
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously but also in a team environment
• Enthusiasm and drive
