Administration Support - Filing - Government Contract

About the Role
Seeking a detail-focused Administration Support Officer - Filing to join a South Australian Government department for a short-term assignment. This position is dedicated to the physical filing of employee documentation into folders within a structured office environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on administrative work and thrives on accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and file employee documents into hardcopy folders
- Work in confined spaces between large filing cabinets
- Follow set procedures to maintain document integrity and order
- Meet daily and weekly deadlines for filing tasks
Key Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work in tight spaces
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently under pressure
