Temporary Document Scanning Assistant

  • Immediate temporary assignment for up to 2 months
  • Flexible or part-time hours to suit availability
  • $31-$33 p/h + Superannuation

The Organisation:
A well respected business that distinguishes itself with a holistic approach, providing comprehensive services through a dedicated Relationship Management team. Overall the business has over 200 professionals as they are nationally known with a Perth and also Melbourne offices. The business specialises in addressing Family Office requirements, offering expertise in investment management, taxation, superannuation, succession planning, financial management, philanthropy and trustee services.

The Role:
As part of an upcoming office relocation, our client is undertaking a major document digitisation project which includes a high volume of scanning and securely disposing of hard copy files to streamline records ahead of the move. All work must be completed and filed electronically by 31 July 2025.

Key Tasks:

  • Prepare documents for scanning by unpacking files and removing any staples or paperclips
  • Accurately scan documents and save them into the appropriate digital folders
  • Manage file sizes by splitting larger PDF documents as needed
  • Responsibly dispose of physical documents once digital copies have been securely stored

The Person:

  • Ideally 1-2 years experience in professional services in an equivalent role or similar
  • Ability to work under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and time management skills
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm, a real self-starter
  • Professional and polished presentation
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Available to start immediately

The Offer:
You will be joining a professional team within an accounting and financial firm that values dedication and willingness to contribute. An offer of an hourly salary ranges from $31-$33p/h + Superannuation depending on experience.
