Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Sales & Scheduling Assistant to help coordinate projects, support our sales team, and deliver excellent service to our customers in the stone industry.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with customer inquiries and guide them through our product and service offerings
Schedule consultations, measurements, installations, and deliveries with precision
Communicate with clients and see to rectifying their issues with stone
Maintain accurate client records and calendars using CRM software
Provide follow-ups, quotes, and updates to customers and contractors
Support with administrative tasks, order entry, and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in construction, stone, or home improvement industries a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities at once
Familiarity with ServiceM8
A friendly, professional attitude and customer-first mindset
