We are a specialised Civil and Landscaping company based in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Locally owned and operated, we service the Public and Private sectors as a registered construction company. We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our team, based in our office in Osborne park on a part time basis, 2 - 3 days per week, school hours welcomed. This role will suit someone who is self driven with proven experience in similar roles.

The successful candidate will thrive on being organised and efficient, offering assistance to the Group Accountant, Company Directors, and Project Managers whilst utilising their exceptional skills developed within previous accounts role.

Key duties/ responsibilities

Bank Reconciliations

Accounts receivable, preparation of end of month invoicing.

Accounts payable processing, including Data Entry of invoices.

Fortnightly payroll processing

Resolving internal and external queries as necessary

General office administration

Ad Hoc tasks when required/ other duties as directed.

Key Selection Criteria:

Ideally hold relevant bookkeeping or accounts qualifications

Demonstrated previous accounts & payroll experience

Proficiency in Xero accounting software

Outstanding quality of work, attention to detail and accuracy

Computer literacy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
