Principal Renovations is a small family owned company based in Willetton, Perth, operating for 14 years as a boutique renovator, focusing on quality not quantity. We are passionate about providing excellent workmanship and service for our clients.

The Accounts Officer position offers an opportunity to join a dedicated team of highly motivated renovators. This position is an integral role, supporting the business owners, and you will play a key part in keeping the company accounts up-to-date and provide administrative support to the Finance team.

This is a flexible part-time role currently offering between 12 and 18 hours per week, and will include;

Processing accounts payable and receivable

Maintaining accurate financial records & preparing financial reports

Additional and varied administrative support

Responding to client payment queries and tradesperson & supplier billing queries

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent team member who is able to work independently with;

5 years' experience in a similar accounts officer role

Excellent attention to detail and exceptional numeracy skills

Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
