We are a family owned and operated Hotel business with two venues located in Brisbane and The Sunshine Coast. Our hotels include casual dining areas, bars, functions, entertainment, TAB and retail bottleshops.
Our Park Ridge Tavern has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager will lead from the front to develop a team to ensure a consistent high level of service and identify opportunities to grow the business through promotions, entertainment, and service culture to meet financial and budgeted targets.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role with strong food, beverage and gaming experience.
Confident in leading and developing a successful team.
Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Understanding of relevant industry compliance around liquor and gaming regulations, WH&S, and Food Safety Standards.
Available to work flexible hours of the industry.
Hold current RMLV, Approved Manager licenses.
