About Us
We are a boutique, purpose-driven, and person-centred disability support organisation dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. Operating under the NDIS framework, we provide a range of services including daily living support, community access, supported employment, and capacity-building programs.
About the Role
This role begins on a casual basis (up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. You will assist the Management in a range of administrative duties to support the daily operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Making and answering phone calls; directing enquiries to the appropriate staff
• Organising and maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Preparing documents, writing emails, and correspondences
• Assisting with reports, meeting minutes, documentations and internal communications
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, training sessions, and events
• Liaising with suppliers, stakeholders, internal and external contacts
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are a patient, strong communicator, attentive to detail, and enjoy helping people in general.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
• Previous experience in an admin or office support role
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to do practical research, consult with Management and communicate openly
Essential Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Clearance
