About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Casual Guest Services Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a dedication to exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain excellent communication with guests.

Ensure availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Efficiently manage the hotel property management system, documentation, and equipment.

Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues.

Safeguard guest information and belongings, ensuring complete privacy.

Work effectively both in a team environment and independently.

Uphold compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience

Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude, even under pressure.

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly regarded, yet not essential.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
