Be.Fremantle offers premium waterfront accommodation with studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments where guests come to relax and recharge with stunning harbour views.

The Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to create exceptional experiences for our visitors. You'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring each guest feels valued from check-in to departure.

Flexibility to work within our 7-day roster

Availability for 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts

* Previous Guest Service Agent experience is preferred

Your Key Responsibilities include:

Provide outstanding customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries.

Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk

Process reservations

Ensure messages are accurate and passed on promptly

Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates

The successful applicant will possess:

Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work as an integral part of a small close knit team

The ability, motivation and confidence to work independently

Previous experience working in a accommodation Guest Services role

Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail

The ability to work a 7 day roster, including nights and weekends

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence in using hotel based computer systems

Eligibility to work in Australia
