Gold Coast Community Lifestyles Ltd (GCCL) is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our committed and community-focused team. This role is critical in delivering supports aligned with our Mission and Values, ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery for people with disability and their families.
About the Role
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate and implement individualised supports for children and adults with disability and their families.
Facilitate strategic and operational planning to enhance the delivery of quality services.
Lead and support support workers, administrative staff, and volunteers through supervision, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Work closely with individuals to assist with goal setting, support planning, and community participation.
Ensure compliance with funding requirements, service standards, and reporting obligations.
Foster a values-driven and inclusive office culture.
Monitor outcomes and satisfaction for the people we support and their families.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:
Lived experience with disability (personally or as a family member/carer) – highly regarded.
A tertiary qualification in human services (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of NDIS, inclusive practices, and current disability service trends.
Ability to manage support plans, service agreements, and individual budgets.
Skills in supervising staff, coordinating rosters, and maintaining accurate records using systems like Lumary and the NDIS provider portal.
Solid computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Publisher).
