Career Opportunity:

Legeneering are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Officer who will be is responsible for overseeing content creation, internal communications and managing the Company’s website and social media accounts to ensure alignment with branding and messaging strategies.

This Full time opportunity is offered five days per week (Mon - Fri). Legeneering supports one of these days to be working from home.

Additionally, there is the option for Part time with a of minimum 4 days a week between core business hours of 8am - 2:30pm - the exact split of these hours is negotiable based on availability.

Responsibilities:

Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with organisational branding and messaging.

Designing vibrant visual content for internal and external use (graphics, videos, EDMs)

Managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

Coordinating marketing campaigns.

Assist in the creation and timely rollout of internal communications as requested by senior stakeholders including the CEO, Operations Manager, and People and Culture teams.

Manage the organisation's website, ensuring it reflects up-to-date information and engages the target audience effectively.

Other duties commensurate with skills and experience, as directed

Qualifications:

Relevant Marketing Industry Experience is essential

A relevant qualification in marketing or media would be highly regarded.

Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

Experience or knowledge in marketing principles for overseeing content creation and managing website and social media accounts.

Participate in company HSEQ programs.

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of cultural awareness, cultural safety, cultural respect, sensitivity, and respect of issues as it relates to Aboriginal communities and individuals.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
