We are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued expansion and brand evolution.

About the Position

Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers exceptional opportunities for growth as FuelSpec Services capitalises on increased market investment and demand. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys closing deals and exploring new business opportunities while using their creativity to probe for new market innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies across key and emerging market sectors.

Strengthen existing client relationships through collaboration and industry engagement.

Proactively generate new leads and establish long-term partnerships.

Create proposals, presentations, and responses to tenders, leveraging internal resources effectively.

Promote a diverse range of products and services to expand FuelSpec Services’ market presence.

Prepare market analysis reports and support management with data-driven insights.

Act as a positive ambassador for the FuelSpec Services brand.

About You

You are an experienced business development professional with a proven ability to build new relationships, grow existing accounts, and drive customer satisfaction. Your passion for brand development and proactive mindset sets you apart.

You bring:

Strong communication and cold-calling skills.

Confidence working across multiple product lines and industrial applications.

Experience with liquid handling, terminal and/or road tanker equipment would be a benefit

A collaborative spirit and the ability to energize those around you.

Deep understanding of petrochemical industry dynamics, including competitor landscapes, regulatory environments, and market trends.

A readiness to grow personally and professionally.

Your Ideal Background Includes:

3 - 10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive role.

A technical or engineering background, with a strong passion for industrial sales.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.

Experience preparing and managing complex tenders and quotes.

High levels of energy, motivation, and integrity.
