Alliance Safety Equipment (ASE) is looking for a motivated and customer focused Internal Sales professional to join our team. This role is the primary point of contact for all internal customer enquiries – via phone, email and online, servicing the North Queensland and North West Queensland region.
Working closely with the Business Development Executive and Regional Branch Manager, you will support customers across the region, helping to grow relationships, drive sales, and ensure outstanding service delivery. This role can be based in either Townsville or Mount Isa.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, quotes and orders via phone, email and online
· Promote and sell the full range of Alliance Safety Equipment products and services
· Support regional sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement
· Identify and pursue new internal sales opportunities
· Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers across North Queensland and North West Queensland
· Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Executive and Regional Branch Manager to ensure consistent customer experience
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing and promotions
· Coordinate with suppliers and distributors as required
· Assist with online sales process, both responding to requests and processing orders and freight

· Increased internal sales across the regions
· Strong relationship with new and existing customers
· Positive collaboration with the broader sales and operations teams
· Efficient and professional internal sales process management
· Positive collaboration with key suppliers
The following are essential elements for this role:
· Must hold a current manual Driver’s license
· Must hold or have the ability to obtain a Forklift license
No experience is necessary as all required training will be provided, however candidates with either sales or relevant safety industry knowledge will be highly regarded.
This is a permanent full-time salary position. The remuneration will be negotiated based on the successful candidate’s relevant skills and experience. The salary includes wages, superannuation and access to a bonus scheme.
