Our client is looking for a motivated Property Manager or a Property Officer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be managing your own portfolio within a premium agency that values professionalism, innovation, and team collaboration.

The Role

In this exciting and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 180 properties – primarily modern, high-end apartments. Your key duties will include:

• Managing your own portfolio (up to 180 properties)
• Handling all landlord and tenant communications
• Managing rental arrears, repairs, and maintenance
• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Running open homes and overseeing property marketing
• Work alternate Saturday’s (with a day off in lieu)

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who brings strong industry knowledge and a customer-focused attitude.

You must have:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A valid Driver’s Licence
• Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
• Proven experience in property management
• Strong understanding of NSW real estate legislation
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
• A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Property Tree experience is a plus, but not required
